For the position A, carry the weight of your body by resting your arms and toes to the ground. For position B, use your left arm and left foot to carry your body. Position C is similar to B, this time using the right arm and right foot. Use the A, B, A, C, A, B, and-so-on pattern to wrap up.

6-)Exercise Ball Crunch. For this exercise, you’re going to need a workout ball. Lie with your back on the ball and your feet on the ground. Make sure your feet are perpendicular to your thighs and to the floor. Place your hands on your chest. Push your torso upward and forward then lower back down.
